Land Use Pre-Application Meetings

The meeting provides the opportunity for the city to advise the applicant of applicable approvals and requirements and any potential issues and/or concerns before making a formal application. This process may be used for development applications related to subdivisions and other land use permits; there is a separate pre-application meeting process for commercial projects.
