Public Comment

The public may attend Spokane Valley Council meetings in-person at the address provided on the agenda, or via Zoom at the link also provided on the agenda. The public can provide written public comment in advance of the meeting, verbal public comment in-person at the meeting, or via Zoom during the meeting. Public comment will be accepted during the "general public comments" section on the agenda, or during specific items noted on the agenda as "public comment opportunity."

Citizens must register by 4 p.m. the day of the meeting to provide comment by Zoom. Please use the link below to register to provide verbal comment.

Written Public Comment

Written public comments must be received by 4 p.m. on the day of the Council meeting.

Email our offices. Please include the following information:

  • Date of the meeting that you are providing comment
  • Agenda Item Topic
  • Your First and Last Name
  • City of Residence
  • Your Comment

The information you provide may be subject to disclosure pursuant to Washington State's Public Record Act, chapter 42.56 RCW and comments received will become part of the public record.
